Once you’ve placed your suit order with us, it will undergo multiple stages of production until it is ready for delivery. As suit-making is a meticulous process, we recognize that anticipating its arrival can be pretty overwhelming.

So, we'd like to make it a priority to keep you informed by sending regular email updates regarding your order's progress when it reaches significant production milestones. Our goal is to ensure that you are well informed and assured that your order is being handled with the utmost attention to detail.

AWAITING SUIT DETAILS & MEASUREMENTS

Upon receiving your order, we will thoroughly review all the details, including the show date, to ensure that we can fulfill your order on time before sending you an email outlining what we need from you which are suit details and measurements. Your order status is then set to Awaiting Suit Details & Measurements.

However, if we aren't confident that we can deliver the order in time for your show, we will promptly inform you and offer a full refund if you wish to cancel your order.

In case you do not receive any emails from us, we recommend checking your Junk or Spam folder, and if you still have questions, please contact us.

 
AWAITING MEASUREMENTS & PHOTOS

There are 2 parts to the required information when you order a custom suit from Muscle Dazzle. Your order status is set to Awaiting Measurements & Photos after we receive your Suit Details & Sizing Information (Part 1) and we are still waiting for your photos and measurements (Part 2).

When your order status is Awaiting Measurements & Photos:

  • We will not be able to start making your suit yet until we receive the photos and measurements requested.

  • We will not be able to schedule the ship date of your order until we have everything we need to start working on your order.

  • We may request some additional photos or information if there are problems with your photos and/or measurements, e.g. photos aren’t clear or measurements were done incorrectly.

  • You are able to change the details of your suit such as cut and style, connectors, or even the design of the suit by sending us an email.
 
WITH SIZING TEAM

After we receive part 2 of the required information which is your photos and measurements, your order status is then set to With Sizing Team.

When your order status is With Sizing Team:

  • Our sizing team will carefully assess the sizing information, as well as the cut and style of the suit. Any questions and comments in the form you submitted will be answered/discussed here. We may also make recommendations if we see a more suited style or accessory to your original choice.

  • The sizing team will forecast the stage size of your suit using the information received.

  • You are able to change the details of your suit such as cut and style, connectors, or even the design of the suit by sending us an email.
 
READY FOR PRODUCTION

When the suit specifications are finalized, your order status will then be set to Ready for Production.

When your order status is Ready for Production :

  • We will set a ship date for your order and send you a ship date notification email then your order will be sent to the sewing team to start making your suit.

  • You will be able to change the details of your suit. Please note that some changes to the details of your suit at this point may incur additional charges depending on the details of the change. Please refer to Rush Fees & Other Charges for more information.

  • If you paid for your order with a 50% deposit, you will receive an invoice from us for the final 50% payment. You won’t have to make the payment straight away. The invoice due date is typically 3 days before the scheduled ship date.
 
WITH SEWING TEAM

When the sewing team receives your suit specification from the sizing team, your order status is set to With Sewing Team, and they will start the suit making process.

When your order status is With Sewing Team:

  • Our sewing team will start making your suit according to the specifications received.

  • You will be able to change the details of your suit. Please note that some changes to the details of your suit at this point will incur additional charges. The charge amount will depend on the details of the changes requested. Please refer to Rush Fees & Other Charges for more information.
 
WITH CRYSTAL TEAM

After your (plain) suit is made and ready for crystal work, your order status is set to With Crystal Team. Because all of our suits are 100% hand-made, once crystal work starts, it takes up to a week to complete crystal work depending on the complexity of the design.

When your order status is With Crystal Team:

  • You may find that your suit or is staying in the status With Crystal Team for quite some time. That is because it is in the queue for crystal work. No matter how long the wait is, our team is committed to shipping your suit according to the scheduled ship date.

  • If you have requested modification to the original design, e.g. change of crystal color or pattern, we will send you some photos of the suit once we complete one side of your suit top to make sure you are happy with it before continuing to complete your order.

  • If for any reason, your order ship date needs to be rescheduled, we will always make sure that it will still be delivered in plenty of time before the show, and there is enough time for us to deal with any fitting issue if needed. If your order ship date is being rescheduled, we will inform you of the changes via email.
 
QC / AWAITING SHIPMENT

After Crystal work is completed, it takes about a day or two for the glue to completely dry before our QC process takes place. If everything is in order, the status of your order will be set to Crystal Work Completed.

When your order status is QC / Awaiting Shipment status

  • We will send you some photos of your suit so you can check that it’s everything you expected before shipping it on the following day.

  • Please make sure you check / confirm your delivery address that it is correct to avoid the delivery complications.
  • If your suit is pending the final 50% payment, it will not be shipped until the invoice is paid. You will also receive some payment reminder emails from us until we can ship the package. This is to avoid shipping delays caused by late payment.
 
COMPLETED

Approximately within 24 hours of sending you some photos of you suit, the package is dispatched and on its way to you and your order status will be changed to Completed.

When your order status is Completed:

  • Your suit is on its way to you. You will be able to track the parcel movement using the tracking number provided in the shipping notification.

  • You should also receive an email (or SMS) notification from the courier company you chose to deliver your parcel.

  • If you realize that the delivery address is not correct, or should you wish to change the delivery address, it is your responsibility to make an arrangement with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot do that for you.
