When can you get refunded?

  • You cancel your order and we have not started working on your order. Refer to refund amount tables below for more details.

  • You received the suit, not happy with it and wish to return. You have 14 days to let us know if you are not happy with our product and wish to be refunded. Please let us know why you're not happy with the suit you have. We'll do anything we can to fix it. If you're still not happy after all, we'll give you a return address for sending the suit back and proceed your refund when the returned suit is received.

  • We cancel your order because of insufficient time to make your suit.

When can you get 100% refunded?

  • we cancel your order because:
    • After we review your show date and you requirement and conclude that there is not enough time to make and deliver your suit by the show date.
    • We don't hear from you since the email asking for sizing information has been sent and it gets too close to you show date that we were left with too short timeline.
  • You can cancel your order and we have not started working on it. Please refer to the tables below.

Refund process

Depending on the reason of the cancellation, the refund amount will be issued to the credit card or Paypal account used to purchase. Generally here are the refund step process:

Refund process for cancellation before order is completed

  • Step 1: You notify us that you wish to cancel your order
  • Step 2: We discuss reasons for cancellation and notify you of the refund amount
  • Step 3: Refund is issued

Refund process if you are not happy with our product

  • Step 1: You notify us within 14 days that you aren't happy with our product and wish to be refunded
  • Step 2: We discuss reasons and try to resolve any problem you may have.
  • Step 3: We send you notification of full refund and return address if you are still not happy
  • Step 4: Refund is issued when we receive the returned product and it is in the unused and undamaged condition

Refund process if we cancel your order due to insufficient time to make your suit.

  • Step 1: If we don't hear from you and it looks like we are going to run out of time, we send you a final email stating the intention of cancelling the order.
  • Step 2: Unless we hear from you and your circumstances have changed, we'll notify you of the cancellation
  • Step 3: We cancel your order and issue a full refund to your credit card or Paypal account.

Refund amount for custom-made crystal bikini, Dazzling Diva bikinis or figure posing suit orders

Please note that we'll be sending you progress update of your order along the way when we start the work on your suit or shoes. You can be confident that the refund amount we send you is fair and consistent with amount of work we've done on your suit.
