Alteration & Return Policies

When you receive your suit, please try it on right away to see how it fits and if there's any other problem that should be dealt with. Please do not wait until the last minute as this may give us insufficient time to correct any problems.

If you decide that your suit won't fit you on show day, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your suit and no less than 2 weeks before your show date indicated in your order.

Returns are NOT accepted on any custom-suit orders unless we fail to deliver your suit in time for the show.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE'RE INFORMED OF FITTING ISSUES?

When we're informed that your suit doesn’t fit or there’s an issue with it, provided there is enough time, we’ll usually choose to remake the item based on the feedback provided.

Altering crystal suits is extremely time-consuming and often requires as much work as creating a new one. If we decide to proceed with a remake, it will be free of charge — but we do require that the original, unwanted suit be returned to us.

However, there are some circumstances beyond our control, such as significant changes in body size or stage condition, or if the suit has been worn on stage, where the cost of fixing or making a replacement piece will be at the client’s expense.

SUIT REMAKE DECISIONS

As you may be aware, many factors influence the fit of the suit. Some are within our control, and some are not. Once you have told us your target stage condition, your suit will be made on the basis that you will achieve your stage goal.

When there're fitting issues with your suit, your patience and willingness to work with us means a lot. We're genuinely here to help and are 100% committed to ensuring you have a suit that fits perfectly by your show date!

Under what circumstance WILL we remake your suit?

  1. Wrong style or color
We will re-make your suit if it is the wrong design, color, style, or anything that differs from your original order.

  2. Fitting issues
If your suit is the correct size but shows other issues—such as creasing, a lower front or back than discussed, or side straps not sitting high enough, etc.

  3. Sizing Error
We will remake your suit if your body weight is according to specified in your original submission, or will be within 5.5lbs (2.5kg) more or less but the suit is too big or too small.

Please note:  Re-make / alteration requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your suit and no less than 2 weeks before your show, else there may not be enough time to make and deliver a replacement suit.

Under what circumstance will the REMAKE be at your own expense?

  1. If you decide not to compete in the originally specified show and wish to use the suit for a later event, please inform us as soon as possible. Since your suit is custom-made based on the information and expected stage condition for a specific show date, we cannot alter or remake it for a different timeframe without additional costs.

  2. If your expected condition for the later show differs from the original, any remake of a new top, bottom, or full suit will be at your own expense.

  3. We will not remake your suit if it has been used/worn on stage.

FITTING ISSUE DUE TO FINAL BODY WEIGHT NOT MEETING THE TARGET

When your suit is too small (or too big) because your final weight differs by more than 5.5 lbs (2.5 kg) from the target weight provided, we can still remake the suit (or just the top or bottom), but the cost of the remake plus shipping will be at your own expense.

We understand that predicting your stage weight can be challenging—especially for first-time competitors. To help ensure the best fit, we recommend keeping us updated on your progress throughout your prep.

If you think you will not meet your target condition and think this may affect your bikini/suit size, just let us know! For example, if at around 3 weeks before your show date, you are still some way from your target weight, or you are likely to be smaller than you expected, let us know, and we'll ask you to take another measurement so we can make adjustments to your sizing. Depending on how much work we've done on your suit, you may be charged a fee, but please bear in mind, this is better than receiving a suit that doesn't fit.

HOW MUCH TIME DO WE NEED TO RE-MAKE YOUR SUIT?

We need approximately 2 to 2.5 weeks to remake and ship a suit in time for your show. So when you receive your suit, please try it on immediately and let us know as soon as possible if there are any fitting issues.

Fitting issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving your suit and at least 2 weeks before your show. If we’re notified after this time, there may not be enough time to produce and deliver a replacement suit.

If time runs out, we can still remake your suit for a future show, provided your stage condition remains the same as the measurements originally submitted.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE NEED TO MAKE YOU A NEW SUIT, OR TOP/BOTTOM?

We'll ask you to provide us with specific information with photos of the problem, and please provide as many details as you can. Your coach may be able to help with this. Then we'll assess the fitting problem, and if all the above criteria are fulfilled, we'll make the necessary adjustments and begin making your new suit.

The new, re-made suit is shipped, and you will be notified of the expected delivery date. We will also send you the return address to return the original suit that doesn't fit.
